Message So I figured I post this since some are aware that I had the chance to partake in the new F&F movie.

It had come to my attention that why were holding auditions in Atlanta for the new movie, at first I didn't know what they were looking so I didn't even go to the rehersals, I was later called by a friend of mine Sam from Mahadavi Motorsports (great guy). That they still wanted a few more cars we worked out to be the foreground cars and not the background cars. The shooting was by the Atlanta Dome and there was quiet a few cars, women, and etc. The event was to me worth the experience, I got see and meet Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson. Shooting was done from like 10pm to like 6am and everyone was in outfits, I attempted to join the 2nd day of shooting to see if I could get into the film itself but since I didn't do the first day I couldn't get a spot by my car and I was forget it then. The actual shooting part was boring, reherse, reherse, and etc it was a lot of waiting around not doing much.

They ended up shooting in Atlanta twice from what I understand in transport somewhere along the line the shooting they did the first time when thru an x-ray machine and got ruined. So they came back again and spent another week shooting the scene. It was really to bad as I got more film time the first time. They shot lots of film for the scene but as we can see they only used a small amount of it.

You can see my car in the scene where they in theory race for pinks for the smurf porsche, you get a small glimpse of the hood up, and engine bay. I know its not much but at least I get to say that for 0.314159 secs my car was on film :-)

I know people will say the movie was lame and etc but I found to be very well rounded and could be enjoyed by a larger target audience. Lets face it they didn't really touch the tuning aspect of it at all. I would have been glad to see an HKS logo just to not see HKS USA close down.

We ended up doing a small car show and took over a movie theater on Friday Night, we had Year one show up with a few cars (love the bandit Trans AM), and the cars that were in the movie and local also showed up. It was a great turn out and I finaly got to see the movie (I had missed the chance to the see the pre-screening).

Overall I am happy that I got involved in this movie, as I had some great times just at the set, and in general a great experience, maybe in the DVD they will have an extended edition so I can see another .2 seconds of my car LOL.

And yes my sig is old and no thats not how it looks like anymore.
